   We’re currently investigating an issue where some users see a blank area instead of the video player when trying to watch Udemy courses in a web browser. Our engineering team is working to identify the cause and restore normal video playback. Workaround: Some users may be able to access and watch their courses by: – Using the Udemy mobile app (iOS or Android), or – Trying a different browser or device. We’ll share another update here as soon as we have more information.
