    The Learning Tools Provisioning Service experienced a service disruption on Thursday September 18, 2025 from 05:00 to 09:15 AM. Departmental administrators and instructional support staff were unable to manage Canvas section links and course access during the incident. Learning Technology Innovation Centre technicians were contacted and have resolved the issue.
