    Due to an issue outside of Tyro’s control, some payment transfers (including transfers and direct debits) from Tyro Bank Account and Tyro Transaction Account as well settlement payments into external bank accounts are experiencing delays. Tyro EFTPOS and eCommerce are unaffected. Please feel free to use the following template when communicating with businesses Our partner Tyro is currently experiencing delays with Tyro Bank Account and Tyro Transactions Account payments (including transfers and direct debits) as well as well settlement payments into external bank accounts are experiencing delays due to an issue outside of their control.     Update: Whilst out of our control, Tyro is working closely with the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) to support a resolution as quickly as possible for the payment and settlement delays . Please feel free to use the following template when communicating with businesses Due to an industry-wide outage, settlement is currently delayed for our partner Tyro's customers who are paid into an external bank account. While this issue is outside Tyro’s control, we are working closely with the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) to support a resolution as quickly as possible. Please note that our Customer Support teams are unable to assist with settlement-related queries while this issue is ongoing.     Yesterday’s issue affecting settlement to external bank accounts has now been fixed. Whilst settlement processing restarted last night, there is a backlog of payments that will take some time to clear. If your customers have not received their payment, please ask them contact their external bank, as times can vary. Thank you for your ongoing patience and understanding.
