We have identified an issue in our back end which is preventing us from granting access to new Webcast Metrics users as well as modifying access details for existing users. We are working on. fixing this issue as soon as we can. Once this incident is closed, our support team will be able to process all pending access requests. More information to come.

The cause of the issue was found to be a mechanism related to a new User Management feature for WCM. As part of the solution, we decided to fast track the deployment of the feature, which allows our clients to independently manage WCM access via the Settings UI.
