We have identified an issue where users will encounter a 403 error when attempting to save changes to their Triton V4 players. The cause has been found to be a result of upgrading our security protocols following the PHP2SHELL vulnerability. At the moment, we do not have plans to restore functionality to PWA. As previously communicated, Player Web Admin is scheduled for retirement, and customers are encouraged to transition to an alternative player solution as soon as possible. In the meantime, our team can assist with player updates manually for customers who require changes. If you need assistance, please contact our Support team to submit your player update requests. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
