We’re currently experiencing a delay in receiving Meta data. Our team is actively working to resolve this — thanks for your patience!
Due to a Meta bug, we’ve switched to a fallback API. Most accounts still see day-level data, but ad channel graphs on the Summary page won’t appear until the issue is resolved by Meta. We’ve escalated this with Meta who is investigating the problem.
Meta has fixed the bug affecting daily data, so most accounts now see updated day-level metrics. However, hourly data is still unavailable, which means trend graphs in the Summary page tiles are not yet displaying. We’re awaiting a fix from Meta on this.
