On Tuesday, Nov. 24th 2015, we will be upgrading our lighting to new efficient LED lighting to continue our efforts in maintaining an efficient workplace. We are not expecting any delays in processing at this time but it is possible. We will notify everyone of any service delays via our Status Page. Work will begin around 8am EST. At this time, we do not know how long the installation will take but we will update everyone via our Status Page as soon as we know.

The Installation of our new CREE LED Lights in our Sanford, NC facility is currently underway. We are estimating this upgrade to last several hours. During this time, mail processing will be delayed due to the lights being out in the facility. Thanks for your patience.
