Resolved on May 7, 2025.
With app release 3.3.16, pincodes from all lock providers were no longer appearing in the app for prospects. This is now resolved. A fix has been pushed to the iOS App store, and prospects who still experience this issue should update their iOS app to release 3.3.17 which is currently available.
