There is a current issue where Synergy’s Analytics Power BI Dashboards are not loading. This is due to a current outage of Microsoft’s Power BI Service, which the dashboards use to present the data visualisations. We are continuing to monitor the situation, and will provide more information once a fix has been deployed by Microsoft.
