Data ingestion to AWS serverless OpenSearch is failing for the institution experience program (TOEFL access). External users who rely on OpenSearch for accessing scores and search functionality may be impacted.

Score delivery services are currently offline due to an AWS outage. Score verification remains available in TOEFL Access and is the only method to retrieve scores at this time. Score storage is not affected by this outage. We are monitoring the situation and will restore services as soon as possible.
