Outbound transfers are currently charged a fee of £10 instead of 20p. We’ve temporarily stopped all Outbound Payments to prevent further issues, and we’re fixing this as soon as possible. Issue resolved: Outbound transfer fees Outbound transfers are going through at the normal 20p fee. Any payments that were attempted with the extra fee haven’t gone through – they’ll be automatically rejected. Thanks for your patience while we were fixing this.
