    We’re aware of an issue affecting partners whose Autotask instance is hosted on webservices24. We have opened a support request with Autotask to investigate. During this Autotask outage, companies on webservices24 will not be able to sync tickets, notes or time entries between Thread and Autotask. Partners on other Autotask zones are not affected. We’ll share updates as we hear back from Autotask. No action is needed on your end.
