We are currently investigating an issue affecting SMS services in parts of Europe, the UK, and Australia caused by an upstream provider-side incident. Our team is actively working with the provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and continues to monitor the situation closely.

The root cause has been identified as an infrastructure outage involving an upstream third-party data centre provider. Mitigation steps, including traffic rerouting for affected regions, have been applied, and service recovery is ongoing. Messages currently queued are expected to be delivered once connectivity is fully restored.

We continue to monitor an upstream provider incident affecting SMS services in parts of the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. Outbound SMS delivery has been partially restored in some regions through traffic rerouting. However, customers may still experience delays or failed delivery for outbound messages in affected areas. Inbound SMS services remain disrupted in some regions, and incoming messages may not be received. Our team continues to work closely with the upstream provider while recovery efforts are ongoing.

Our upstream provider has confirmed that the issue affecting SMS delivery services has now been resolved. We observed a significant spike in inbound SMS traffic following the recovery, which indicates that previously queued inbound messages have now been processed and delivered. Services are operating normally again, and we will continue monitoring the platform closely to ensure ongoing stability.
