We're currently experiencing an ERA processing issue with our clearinghouse partner, TriZetto. While ERAs are still routing from TriZetto, the typical speed of delivering them to accounts has slowed. We are partnering with TriZetto to aid in their research of this issue. In the mean-time, please allow an addition 48 hours for your ERA to be received prior to raising a support ticket.

Tebra is pleased to report that TriZetto’s eClaim and ERA processing returned to normal over the weekend. If you believe that you are still missing any ERAs, Tebra’s Customer Care team will be able to assist you. Please note that the clearinghouse requests that you wait a minimum of five (5) business days from the check date to allow for regular processing before requesting further review.

TriZetto Processing Issues - Update 5/28/24 We understand that some claims were rejected over the weekend with a status of 'Site is not allowed to send claims to the specified payer.' This was caused by Trizetto re-routing claims to help expedite the issue they are currently working through. Rejected claims will be reprocessed by TriZetto and forwarded on. Claims will not need to be resubmitted. Thank you!
