We experienced intermittent login issues affecting customers access to the DEX Platform. Impacted users reported the following symptoms: Unable to successfully complete login to the DEX Platform. Receiving the error message: "Application cannot be served because the license has expired" after logging in. Our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Cloud teams investigated the issue and implemented a resolution. Service has been fully restored, and affected users are now able to access the platform normally.
A subset of our users are currently experiencing latency or errors when accessing our services. Our engineers identified a preliminary root cause and are trying to mitigate the issue. We will publish the next status update at the latest in 60 minutes.
The issue has been resolved. Our engineers are still monitoring our systems to assure the situation is completely mitigated.

We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue affecting the Normalized, Unmatched, and Software inventory pages within Inventory Insights. When loading these pages, a "No Data" message may be displayed. Our engineering team is actively working on a fix. We will provide a further update at 16:00 UTC.
We have identified the issue and a fix is currently being implemented. Please note there may be temporary disruptions to service and to 1E client connectivity during the fix window.
A fix has been deployed and validation confirms that data is now visible across all screens. We are continuing to monitor the platform over the weekend to ensure the issue remains resolve
We are continuing to investigate an issue affecting Software Inventory views, including Normalised Software and Source Inventory. Our engineering teams have implemented several changes aimed at improving database performance and have observed improvements in a number of affected environments. While service recovery has been seen for some customers, we are continuing to monitor the platform and validate the effectiveness of the mitigations. Some users may still experience intermittent issues or slower-than-expected performance while backend processing completes. We will provide a further update as soon as additional information becomes available. Engineers are working on this with the highest priority to ensure that platform stability returns to normal.
We are currently implementing a fix to address an ongoing service issue. During this work, customers may experience intermittent disruption to client connectivity and associated platform services. Our engineering teams are actively monitoring the implementation and working to minimise impact. We will provide a further update once the changes have been completed and service stability has been confirmed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The fix has been successfully implemented and service has now been restored. Following monitoring and validation, client connectivity and associated platform services are operating normally. We will continue to monitor the environment closely to ensure ongoing stability, but no further customer impact is expected at this time.
