Engineers are continuing to monitor an outage with AWS, which is causing intermittent timeout errors within the Hire background check functionality. A full service interruption occurred on Monday, October 20, 2025, from 1:54 AM to 4:30 AM CST. Hire users may continue to experience timeout errors while performing background checks. AWS is currently addressing intermittent issues.
