    Dear Tangoe User, This past Friday, August 8, 2025, at 3:09 PM Eastern through Monday, August 11, 2025, 11:30 AM Eastern, Tangoe experienced an unplanned connection downtime impacting our secure file transfer protocol server, (SFTP - eft.tangoe.com). This caused some files to not be placed on the sites. We have restored the server from a backup taken on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at 5:30 PM Eastern. Any data uploaded to eft.tangoe.com between Sunday, August 10, 2025, 5:30 PM Eastern thru Monday, August 11, 2025, 11:30 AM Eastern may need to be uploaded again. Likewise, any file downloaded / removed between Sunday, August 10, 2025, at 5:30 PM Eastern thru Monday, August 11, 2025, 11:30 AM Eastern may have reappeared because of the backup restore. There is no risk of incorrect files or wrong data being passed to the SFTP sites. It is highly suggested that all owners re-run / check their processes for accurate results following this interruption. We are currently researching the issue further and a formal root cause analysis is being prepared. This will be available to you within 10 business days.
