Some Suzy and CrowdTap users may experience performance and timeout issues while using the platform. This is due to ongoing service disruptions with resources in Microsoft Azure EastUS regions. The service disruption is impacting many Azure customers. Microsoft is aware of the issue and is actively working on mitigation.
