Supermetrics Outage History

We are currently experiencing a system-wide issue affecting all of our products. Our team is actively investigating the root cause and working on a resolution. This page will be updated as soon as more information becomes available.

We are aware of an issue that is affecting some Looker Studio reports. Data is slow to load or timing out with errors such as “System Error” or “Data Set Configuration Error”. This appears to be an issue on Google’s side. We are seeking a workaround and closely monitoring the situation. We'll provide an additional update in the next 12 hours. We’ve noticed an increase in error messages from TikTok Ads in regards to data not being retrieved, for example queries not finishing or retrieving accounts, due to a rate limit from TikTok’s API. We are aware of the issue and are actively working on providing a solution, so that data can be retrieved without running into the error. TikTok has also been contacted to provide additional information to help resolve the issue. We will update this page as soon as we know more.

After further investigation, we’ve deployed some changes on our side to mitigate the issue. Whilst we are seeing a big improvement over previous results, we are still seeking for a better solution to prevent the issue altogether. We’re also continuing our investigation together with TikTok to find the root cause and to work around the issue. We will update you as soon as we have more information.

We're currently experiencing issues that have impacted our Facebook Ads connector where some users may receive one of the following permissions errors: (#10) Application does not have permission for this action (#200) Ad account owner has NOT grant ads_management or ads_read permission User may not have permissions to access account We have reported the issue to Meta for a resolution and our teams are urgently working to find a workaround and return our service to normal. We’ll provide an additional update in the next 24 hours.
