Status: Identified We are experiencing elevated failures on some Mastercard and Maestro card payments due to a third-party issue with the Mastercard Debit network. SumUp systems are operating normally; some transactions may fail until our payment partners complete their recovery. We are monitoring the situation and will update this page as it changes.
