Stratus incident

Slow performance and model viewer loading issues in Stratus

Resolved after 1 hour 17 minutes, affecting Web, on November 5, 2026.

monitoring Nov 05, 2026, 04:55 PM UTC

Stratus performance is improving. The slowdown was caused by rate limiting on calls Stratus makes to Autodesk Platform Services when opening model viewers. Those errors are now dropping off, and page loads and model viewers are responding normally again for most users. PDF report generation is still working through a backlog, so reports requested this morning may arrive late. We are continuing to monitor and will post a final update once everything is back to normal.
