NZ Post have now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience. If you have unticked the option to print domestic labels using API, please re-enable this option by following the below steps: 1. Navigate to Settings > Couriers > NZ Post Domestic Settings 2. Go to the Advanced tab 3. Tick "Print domestic Labels using API" 4. Save
