    Earlier tonight (4/13), we identified a service disruption affecting multiple US-based Sovos solutions. The issue was traced to our colocation datacenter provider and is not the result of a Sovos application or security incident. Since that time, our teams have been executing failover to our secondary data center location. We are pleased to report that we are beginning to see services restored and availability improving across affected solutions. We will continue bringing services back online until full restoration is achieved. Some clients may experience intermittent access as services are transitioned to the secondary environment. We ask for your continued patience as we work toward full resolution. Updates will be posted as restoration progresses.

    Service in our primary data center environment has been restored. To minimize ongoing impact, we are now transitioning services back to the primary location. API connectivity may be temporarily affected during this transition. We will provide a final update once the transition is complete and all services are fully operational.
