ClickSend incident
We are currently experiencing an incident service affecting SMS & MMS Campaigns functionality. Users may not be able send SMS & MMS campaigns through the dashboard or API. We're also experiencing dashboard issues that is showing the old UI.
ClickSend experienced a major incident on October 20, 2025 affecting SMS and Online Dashboard and 1 more component, lasting 4h 18m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.
