**Post Incident Summary:** Beginning at approximately 12:52 PM PDT on October 9, 2025, some customers began experiencing issues uploading attachments through WorkApps. Our engineering team identified that a recent code change was the cause of the issue and deployed a fix. The fix was fully deployed and service was restored for all customers at approximately 10:00 PM PDT. We are reviewing our deployment processes to help prevent similar incidents in the future.
