    We are investigating reports that customers are seeing the “This action has been disabled. Contact your System Admin for details.” message when attempting to access sheet attachments. We will update this status message as our investigation progresses.

    Beginning at approximately 8:44 AM PDT on October 14, 2025, some customers began experiencing issues accessing attachments and rendering previously set conditional formatting or filters. Our engineering team identified that a recent code change was the cause of the issue and deployed a fix. The fix was fully deployed and service was restored for all customers at approximately 9:57 AM PDT. We are reviewing our deployment processes to help prevent similar incidents in the future.
