We are currently investigating some customer reports of not receiving one-time passcodes or password reset emails. Other email types have been reported as well. We will continue to provide frequent updates as we work towards resolution.

On Monday, November 10th, between 12:35 PM and 5:09 PM PST, some users experienced delays in receiving emails. This issue was identified as a regression caused by a recent deployment to our mailing service.We have rolled back the deployment, and email delivery has fully recovered. All queued emails are now being processed.
