Degraded functionality across multiple services
SketchUp experienced a major incident on October 20, 2025 affecting SketchUp for Desktop and SketchUp for Schools and 1 more component, lasting 3h 15m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

The Map tile service is currently being migrated to an alternative datacenter to resolve this issue, and we expect to see service improvement shortly.
