    As part of a major upgrade we are currently conducting, an error was introduced causing some posts with certain statuses to be reset and fail with an error regarding an invalid ID. We are currently working on the fix for this and expect this to be complete in the next hour or two however to ensure that no data loss occurs, our team needs to validate the data prior to the update. Customers who do not use the post status feature are not affected. We apologise for the inconvenience.

    An outage affecting networking company Cloudflare has led some customers to get an error when accessing Sked Social. Our team is currently monitoring the situation and identifying workarounds we can put in place. The service is also used by X/Twitter who are also experiencing an outage so any X posts will not be published.

    We continue to monitor the situation, and the primary issue appears to be video uploads as these are a bit more complex and our transcoding provider will use more compute. A small number of users are having trouble logging in due to other vendors being flaky, likely from the same underlying infrastructure issue. Sorry for the impact this has had on our customers’ workflow – as with others affected it is disappointing that just as AWS identified and had rolled out a fix another cascade of issues appeared.
