We know how frustrating it is to see this message for the third day in a row and we sincerely apologize. Despite the fix we deployed yesterday, we are again seeing intermittent performance issues affecting SimpleConsign. Transactions and inventory updates may be delayed in appearing. Your data is safe and nothing has been lost. As with the previous incidents, any delayed data will appear once performance is restored. We recognize that repeated disruptions like this are unacceptable and we are not taking that lightly. Our team is fully focused on understanding why this issue continues to resurface and are focused on a permanent resolution.

  2. identified Mar 27, 2026, 08:58 PM UTC

We want to give you a quick update: our team is actively working toward a resolution and we expect to have one in place shortly. We appreciate your continued patience while we work through this.

  3. monitoring Mar 27, 2026, 09:20 PM UTC

System performance is looking better. SimpleConsign appears to be stable and our team is closely monitoring the situation to make sure it holds. Given the recurring nature of this issue, we want to be certain before calling it fully resolved. We have identified the root cause behind the repeated incidents this week and are actively making strides to prevent this from happening again. We are not going to consider this fully resolved until those measures are in place.

  4. resolved Mar 28, 2026, 01:20 AM UTC

After closely monitoring the situation, we are confident SimpleConsign is fully stable. Any delayed transactions and inventory updates should now be caught up in your account. 1. identified Mar 26, 2026, 07:10 PM UTC

We are sorry to report that the performance issue has returned. We understand this has been disruptive and we are treating this as our top priority. The good news: we have identified the bottleneck responsible for these recurring issues and are pushing out a change now that we expect to address this permanently. We will confirm once the fix is live and performance has fully stabilized. In the meantime, transactions, inventory updates, and Shopify sync data may continue to be delayed in appearing. All of your data is safe, nothing has been lost and everything will catch up once the fix is in place. We appreciate your patience today and will post a full resolution update shortly.

  2. monitoring Mar 26, 2026, 07:14 PM UTC

We have deployed the change targeting the bottleneck behind today's recurring performance issues. Performance appears to be stabilizing and we are actively monitoring to confirm the fix holds. Delayed data, including transactions, inventory, and Shopify sync, should begin catching up shortly. Shopify inventory may take additional time to fully sync, but no action is needed on your end. We will post a final resolution update once we are confident the issue is fully behind us. Thank you for your patience throughout today.

  3. resolved Mar 26, 2026, 09:05 PM UTC

The fix we deployed earlier today has held and SimpleConsign is fully operational. All delayed data, including transactions, inventory, and Shopify sync, should now be caught up and displaying correctly. We apologize for the disruption this caused throughout the day. The underlying bottleneck has been addressed and we do not expect this issue to recur. If anything still looks off in your account, please reach out to our support team and we will assist you.

  1. investigating Mar 26, 2026, 04:54 PM UTC

We are aware that the intermittent performance issue we resolved yesterday has resurfaced. As before, this may cause a delay in transactions and newly added inventory appearing in SimpleConsign. Additionally, Shopify inventory data may be backed up and slower to sync during this time. Your data is safe and saved. It will appear once performance is back to normal. We are actively investigating the root cause and working toward a permanent fix. We will post another update here as soon as the issue is resolved.

  2. resolved Mar 26, 2026, 05:52 PM UTC

We believe the performance issues are now behind us and SimpleConsign is stabilizing. Delayed data, including transactions and inventory, should begin appearing as systems catch back up. Please allow some time for everything to fully sync. If you use the Shopify integration, please note that inventory data may continue catching up over the course of today. No action is needed on your end, your data is intact and will sync automatically. If you are still seeing missing data after today or anything looks off, please reach out to our support team and we will take a look right away.
