We've made made steady progress on the Shopify sync issues and all stores should have synced as of last night. Most, if not all, items should now be visible in Shopify. However, some data associated with these items may still be catching up and will require additional time to fully update. The team is actively working to resolve remaining issues, including fixing bugs such as duplicate items. We continue to monitor system performance and will provide updates as improvements are implemented. For any issues or discrepancies, please reach out to Customer Support.

We understand the frustration caused by the current Shopify sync issues and appreciate your patience. Our top priority is restoring nightly bulk syncs, which are currently broken due to a necessary code update. A rebuild is in progress and expected to be ready tomorrow. At that point, we will begin quality testing before rolling it out more widely. We’re also addressing two known duplicate item issues—one related to family mismatches and another caused by quickly swapping items between families. Additionally, some fixes, like MSRP settings, are blocked until the bulk sync is restored. Once resolved, we’ll systematically sync stores until the nightly jobs take over. We’re working as quickly and carefully as possible to restore full functionality and appreciate your continued patience.

Tonight, all data should automatically resync to Shopify. Our team will be monitoring our systems throughout the night and into tomorrow. Additionally, we've identified a data issue with inventory tags causing some products to be rejected by Shopify. We will deploy a fix in the morning and resync the affected stores. Our team will also continue to address any outstanding issues that have been identified. Please review your Shopify instance tomorrow morning and let our Customer Support Team know if you experience any further issues with missing data.
- resolved Feb 07, 2025, 11:30 PM UTC
As of this evening, all data synchronization issues have been resolved and we are making substantial progress on remaining concerns. If you encounter any issues unrelated to missing data and have not yet submitted a support ticket, we kindly request that you do so. This will enable our team to follow up accordingly and ensure any outstanding matters are addressed promptly. Thank you for understanding and your continued support.
