We’re currently experiencing a major service disruption caused by an ongoing outage affecting AWS services. As a result, the majority of Shorthand features are currently unavailable or degraded. Update – Partial Recovery Following AWS Outage Our major service provider has gradually recovered from the earlier outage, and most previously affected Shorthand features are now operational. However, we’re currently experiencing delays and rate throttling on media uploads due to the large volume of media being processed as services catch up. We’re working closely with our provider to resolve this and restore normal performance as quickly as possible. We’ll continue to post updates as progress is made. Thank you for your patience.

We are investigating media upload failures from the Shorthand web app.

The source of the failures has been identified as a partial outage with a third-party service provider. They've reported that a fix has been implemented and that results are being monitored. Image uploads are currently working in Shorthand web app but we'll continue to monitor and provide updates.
