    We’re currently experiencing a major service disruption caused by an ongoing outage affecting AWS services. As a result, the majority of Shorthand features are currently unavailable or degraded. The following areas are impacted: Media uploads and video encoding Page import Analytics Sharing links via email General platform functionality Our team is actively monitoring the situation and will restore full functionality once AWS services recover.     Update – Partial Recovery Following AWS Outage Our major service provider has gradually recovered from the earlier outage, and most previously affected Shorthand features are now operational. However, we’re currently experiencing delays and rate throttling on media uploads due to the large volume of media being processed as services catch up. We’re working closely with our provider to resolve this and restore normal performance as quickly as possible. We’ll continue to post updates as progress is made. Thank you for your patience.
