Jul 10, 22:13:34 GMT+0 - Identified - Our monitoring system has alerted us to a degraded CMOS battery inside the TX-K2 VPS node, which is hosting at least one of your servers. We have scheduled our technician in Dallas to replace the battery on Sunday, July 12th at 10:00 AM CST. The TX-K2 VPS node will need to be shut down temporarily to facilitate the battery replacement, which should only take about 5 to 10 minutes. This appears to only affect the cPanel, WHM, and webmail user interfaces, with website functionality being unaffected. Sadly, this is an issue on cPanel's side that is affecting their licensing servers. They are aware of it and are addressing it. Jul 8, 22:42:34 GMT+0 - Resolved - cPanel has rolled out a fix and the user interfaces are now available again as servers complete the license checks.
