Type: Maintenance Duration: 6 hours and 44 minutes Affected Components: Chicago Jul 10, 22:05:26 GMT+0 - Identified - We are excited to announce that IL-S1 has been selected to receive a major performance upgrade. On Saturday, July 11th at 6:00 AM Chicago time (CST), we will replace the current IL-S1 server with a new high-performance enterprise-grade server running Intel Scalable Gold CPU's, DDR4 ECC RAM, and RAID 10 NVMe storage. We expect this upgrade and process to take about 3 to 6 hours to fully complete, which will result in websites being intermittently unavailable during this time. Everything will remain the same, including the server hostname, nameserver, and IP addresses. No action or changes are required. If you prefer to avoid this server upgrade by migrating to another one of our datacenters or servers, please open a support ticket, and our team will assist you with migrating at a convenient time for you with little to no downtime. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Best regards, Shock Hosting Team [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) Jul 11, 11:41:26 GMT+0 - Identified - Sadly, due to errors in the transfer process, we are delaying this migration.
