2025 U.S. Postal Service General Rate Increase - July 2025

Shipwire Customers, in June, we advised that there would likely be rate increases to select USPS service levels effective July 13th. Please consider this message confirmation that the Postal Regulatory Commission has approved the rate increases and rates will increase on July 13th. The services that will see rate increases are Priority Mail and First Class. Original Message Below: Dear Valued Customer, We would like to inform you that the U.S. Postal Service has announced proposed changes to its shipping service rates, scheduled to take effect on July 13, 2025. While these changes are still pending approval from the USPS Board of Governors and the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC), we anticipate approval will be granted soon. The proposed adjustments include the following average increases: Priority Mail: +6.3% Priority Mail Express: +6.3% USPS Ground Advantage: +7.1% Parcel Select: +7.6% If you have any questions, please contact your Client Program Manager or the Shipwire Customer Care Team at [email protected].
