Shipwire searchbar not returning results for few orders created on 11/12/2025
Resolved after 18 hours 36 minutes, affecting Merchant Application and Search and 1 more, on November 12, 2025.
We are currently experiencing issues with the Shipwire platform search bar failing to return results for some orders created on 11/12/2025. We are actively working on a fix. A current workaround is to use Activity History to view those selected orders. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
