We have been notified by Equinix of a mechanical disturbance in the BR1 facility, specifically affecting the Cooling Zone in “BR1 – Mechanical.” The event was reported at 11:20 AM local time on 28-05-2025. At this stage, we are not observing any impact to customer services. Environmental monitoring confirms that temperatures remain stable and within defined SLA thresholds. We are actively working with Equinix for further updates. The next update will be shared within approximately 2 hours, or sooner if new information becomes available.

Equinix IBX site staff reports that the site is still stable, with temperature and humidity levels all within SLA. The primary and secondary chillers are functioning properly; however, the third chiller is showing a lockout alarm on the BMS. A vendor is en-route with an arrival time of 15 minutes, and the current system redundancy level is at reduced redundancy N+.
