As we identified and monitoring one of our vendor/partner services having availability issues, some of our clients would be facing issues in logging to our platform. We are actively working on remediation possibilities and closely following up on the dependent vendor/partner services to get our platform to fully working state. We will keep an active communication on this issue.

As the depdendent vendor/partner services recover, we see reduction in login failures. But still some sporadic issues are observed. We will continue report progress on the state till we achieve full recovery

After validating the stability of the vendor/partner services on which our services have dependency, we were able to correlate the reduction of login errors in our platform. The downward trend in recurring errors are confirmed after detailed observation. This established that our services are back to normal
