   Status: Monitoring The incident has been resolved by GLS If you receive an error message saiyng "The provided order number already exists" you will need to add any additions to the order number (For example "1" "A",etc) because the order number is already saved in the GLS system even though the label announcement failed previously. GLS ha resuelto el incidente. Si recibes un mensaje de error que dice «El número de pedido proporcionado ya existe», tendrás que añadir algún carácter adicional al número de pedido (por ejemplo, «1», «A», etc.), ya que el número de pedido ya está registrado en el sistema de GLS, aunque la generación de la etiqueta haya fallado anteriormente.
