SearchStax Pulse Triggering False Alert Notifications
Resolved after 2 hours 44 minutes, affecting Admin App, on September 26, 2019.
We've enabled all functionality and services and have not seen any issues since the fix. Our engineers feel that the issue is not resolved.

We are facing degraded performance on SearchStax Management Portal, where SearchStax Pulse alerts configured on Deployments is triggering false alerts. Our engineers are currently investigating the issue.

Our engineers have identified what might be causing the issue and have deployed a fix to the Management Portal Clusters. We are continuing to monitor to see if the fix has resolved the problem successfully.
