- resolved Jan 15, 2026, 04:39 PM UTC
The issue impacting SavvyMoney Analytics has been resolved. This incident was caused by a regional service disruption within Tableau Cloud that affected multiple customers, not just SavvyMoney. Tableau identified that a query within the affected region caused elevated resource utilization. Once the query was completed, utilization returned to normal levels and services stabilized. All SavvyMoney Analytics dashboards and services are now operating normally. We will continue to monitor and work with Tableau to understand any preventive measures.
