The issue reported earlier with My Library not loading has been resolved, however we are still investigating a concern with the ‘Shared with me’ tab. There is a workaround to get to the content that has been shared until the issue can be resolved. If receiving the error: “Sorry, something went wrong. Please come back later.” Then paste this specific Savvas Realize url in the browser address bar: https://www.savvasrealize.com/dashboard/myLibrary/sharedWithMe?locale=en This will allow the user to resume all activity during their session.

Teachers and students using math digital practice assignments may intermittently see an alert notification when opening certain items. Uses can close the alert and move on. We are working to correct this as quickly as possible.

We are aware and actively working to resolve issues with the Realize log in, Assessment Mastery Report, and Realize Admin Reports.

Due to a partner outage, students are experiencing an elevated error rate when working through assignments. There are some instances when a student may not be able to get to the course.

Customers who access Realize via Easybridge, for example any customer using Single Sign On, will experience an issue logging in right now. Students may experience a white screen when accessing Momentum Assessments. Additionally, some teachers have reported they are not able to see Momentum assessments within their Realize programs. Our team is reviewing this issue and will update here when it is resolved.

One of the 3rd-party tools used in the Outlier student LMS is currently experiencing service disruptions. Outlier is working with the vendor to resolve the issue. Students in Calculus I, Precalculus, College Algebra, and Statistics courses will be unable to use our interactive graphs. We are actively working to resolve this issue and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are aware of an issue preventing customer administrators from accessing the Errors and Warnings file from within Savvas EasyBridge. Our development team is actively working on a resolution with the highest priority. There is an infinite loading screen when trying to log in to dashboard.outlier.org, partners.outlier.org, or the internal Outlier admin dashboard.
