    On May 22nd, we identified an issue impacting customers in the USA and Canada. The incident prevented customers from onboarding, reauthenticating, and accessing banking data (including transactions and statements). The issue affected all Sage North American products and services relying on integrations with the 18 banks listed below: -First Citizens Bank, US -PNC PINACLE, US -BMO Online Banking for Business, Canada -TD Bank, US -Silicon Valley Bank, US -Santander, US -First Republic Bank Corporate Online, US -City National Bank EASI, US -Citizens Bank, US -MUFG Connect, US -Customers Bank, US -HSBC, US -J.P. Morgan Access, US -BMO Online Banking for Business, Canada -Commerce, US -Goldman Sachs, US -Wells Fargo Vantage, US -KeyBank, US The products/services affected were: -Sage Business Cloud Accounting NA -Sage 50c Accounts -Sage 100 Contractor Cloud -Sage 100c Accounts -Sage 300 Accounts -Sage Intacct The issue is resolved and the service is available and performing as expected.
