On 2/10/23, the Data Planet site lost communication with the database server and was down from 2:44am EST until 5:50am EST, during which time customers may have experienced issues with network connectivity manifesting as a network latency and/or timeouts when attempting to connect to Data Planet. We are investigating the root cause of this issue.
