Status: Ongoing - Site timing out Beginning at approx. 2:31pm PDT on 5/17/2023, Sage Data began to experience a database communication issue with the server that is causing a severe drop in site performance and speed. Though the site is online, customers may experience slow performance on the site or the site timing out when running searches. Investigation is ongoing. An update will be provided when site operations return to normal.
