    Microsoft is reporting connectivity issues related to Azure services hosted in the West US region, where SafetyChain servers are located. Users may experience intermittent issues when accessing these services. Reminder, Offline mode is available when needed. You can enable airplane mode on your device and log in if you have previously logged in to that device. When submitting records, they will be placed in a pending status. The date and time of submission, as recorded in offline mode, will be reflected in LINK once the records are processed.

    Login services have been restored. This incident was caused by an outage with our cloud infrastructure provider (Microsoft Azure) that affected authentication in the Live environment.     Our development team has found a critical error in version 1.16 of the Android SafetyChain App. “DateTime” and “Time” fields in records are showing an incorrect conversion due to UTC and local device time zones. Android users are advised to use the M2 SafetyChain application while we fix this bug. If you are an iOS user, you can disregard this message as version 1.16 will not be deployed on Apple devices.
