Microsoft is reporting connectivity issues related to Azure services hosted in the West US region, where SafetyChain servers are located. Users may experience intermittent issues when accessing these services. Reminder, Offline mode is available when needed. You can enable airplane mode on your device and log in if you have previously logged in to that device. When submitting records, they will be placed in a pending status. The date and time of submission, as recorded in offline mode, will be reflected in LINK once the records are processed.

Login services have been restored. This incident was caused by an outage with our cloud infrastructure provider (Microsoft Azure) that affected authentication in the Live environment. Service has recovered and we are monitoring to confirm stability before resolving this incident. If you are still unable to log in, please contact support.

In addition, Data import, export, API and integrations are affected. We are continuing to monitor this incident.

Microsoft has rolled out changes which are positively affecting the Azure West US region connectivity issues. Customers should start being able to log in to SafetyChain with their Single Sign-On(SSO) accounts. In addition, DPT, Tasks, and other services are working normally. We are continuing to monitor for final resolution.
