Resolved after 3 hours 26 minutes, affecting Authentication (North America), on August 5, 2026.

resolved Aug 05, 2026, 10:39 PM UTC

Authentication is Operational The issue affecting the Notification and Authentication services in the North America region has been resolved. We successfully deployed the fix and service monitoring confirms that SMS notification delivery, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) verification codes, has returned to normal. Services were fully restored as of 3:25 PM PDT. Customers should now be able to receive MFA verification codes and other system-generated SMS notifications without issue. We will continue to closely monitor the environment to ensure service stability. We apologize for the inconvenience this incident may have caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to restore normal service.
