Rival Outage History

We're investigating a possible impact to Recruiting reporting and dashboard features (US), related to a third-party provider outage. The application remains available. That provider's incident may still be ongoing on their side. We are continuing to monitor closely in case reporting features are affected again, and no data has been affected. This affects the US environment only. Canada is not affected.

The issues has been identified and we're working on correcting it. Reports are now working in the US region.

A recent infrastructure update modified how our email system processes recipient lists, which inadvertently affected BCC delivery. Users listed in BCC fields of notification configurations are currently not receiving task alerts and other automated notifications. The issue has been identified and a fix is being deployed. BCC functionality will be fully restored shortly. Primary and CC recipients were not impacted. No action required. For questions please contact Customer Support.

Microsoft Azure has announced that they are having Network Availability issues within their services. Rival resources that are based in Azure might be slow to respond as they continue their investigation. Rival services are currently online and we're not seeing any degrading of performance. Rival is actively monitoring all of our resources residing within the AWS US-EAST-1 region. All applications are currently operational.

We are seeing extremely inconsistent and intermittent responses from some of our endpoints within AWS. The end user experience can be affected under these circumstances. Amazon's latest update: We continue to investigate the root cause for the network connectivity issues that are impacting AWS services such as DynamoDB, SQS, and Amazon Connect in the US-EAST-1 Region. We have identified that the issue originated from within the EC2 internal network. We continue to investigate and identify mitigations

We are continuing to monitor and are still seeing some inconsistent responses from our applications. These are intermittent so retrying these actions may be successful as the service recovers within AWS. Our e-Forms Service along with our Surveys are the most affected within our Workflow application at this point in time.

We are seeing responses normalize from our endpoints as the AWS team continues to work on their recovery efforts. We are continuing to monitor all of our applications and will provide another update by end of day.

We are currently experiencing an outage with our Workflow application in our CA region. We have already identified the issue and are resolving the problem.

Due to the government shutdown, E-Verify services are disabled with the Workflow application. Any case submissions are currently being queued up and will be processed once the service becomes available. Check E-Verify's official website (e-verify.gov) for the most current information and updates on when services will be restored. https://www.e-verify.gov

This is due to the gov't shutdown which includes USCIS. EVS will keep trying to contact USCIS until they come back on. We can otherwise ignore this message.
